1. Map the market and acquire the database.
2. Prepare Fact Sheet to disseminate the information about the
fair.
3. Direct Mailing - Three rounds of mailing:
- In the first instance, sending the Fact Sheet to the companies
relevant in the industry
- Sending the promotional material for the fair
- Sending the application form
4. Fax reminders, telemarketing and personal contacts.
5. Sending fax reminders to the shortlist companies (shown interest)
and if required visit the particular company/organization.
6. Persuading associations for organizing the India pavilion.
7. PR activities:
- Send press releases to all media people
- Identify the trade journals in the territory
- Send regular shows updates
- Visit all local shows for marketing.
